SIS Business Group Leader
Primatech is seeking an
individual to lead our Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) Business Group. You
will be responsible for growing Primatech’s SIS business. As part of your
duties you will provide consulting services and teach training courses to
industrial clients on a worldwide basis. You will represent Primatech at
technical conferences and committee meetings. You will have the opportunity
to utilize your creativity to develop new technical approaches and improved
tools for the SIS life cycle with the expectation that you will publish and
present technical papers to enhance your and Primatech’s reputations in the
SIS field.
You must have a background in Instrumentation and Control
Systems Engineering as well as knowledge of and experience in the
implementation of the ANSI/ISA S84 / IEC 61511 Standard for Safety
Instrumented Systems (SIS) for the Process Industry Sector. Experience in
Process Safety Management (PSM) including leading Process Hazard Analysis
(PHA) and Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA) studies is preferred.
Experience as a consultant and training course instructor is desirable.
You must possess a minimum of a B.S. degree in an
engineering discipline. Outstanding interpersonal skills and a willingness
to travel are required.
Process Safety Consultant - Houston, TX
(Full Time or Contract Basis)
Primatech is seeking PSM consultants to work out of
their Houston, TX office. You will provide consulting services in all
elements of PSM, including PHA and LOPA studies, program and management systems
development, compliance audits, RMP services, training course instruction, and other specialized areas of
PSM. You will also assist in business development activities including exploring
new opportunities with existing clients, developing new client
relationships, lead follow-up, and industry conference
participation.
Candidates should possess a B.S. in Chemical Engineering
or related degree and have at least 5 years of experience in chemical
process safety management either in an industry or consulting position.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a willingness to travel are also
required.
Software Engineer - Columbus, OH
(Full Time)
Primatech is seeking experienced full time software
developers. Our current programs are stand-alone Windows applications. All
of our code is handcrafted C++ using the MFC framework. You will be working
with a small team, enhancing existing programs as well as developing new
products. You must be a quick learner, and able to communicate ideas and
knowledge effectively with the rest of the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
